Delivery & Payment

There is no minimum order quantity.
For orders below $60, there is delivery charge of $6.
For orders above $60, the delivery charge is waived.

Usually, orders are delivered within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Our delivery is made between Monday to Saturday.

Delivery is outsourced and orders are currently delivered by Qxpress Courier.
Their Delivery Timing: 9am to 10pm.

When an order is shipped, an automated email will be sent to you, informing you of the tracking number.
You may trace your order package at Qexpress’s website at www.qxpress.asia to check.
On the scheduled day of delivery, if delivery is unsuccessful, they will provide another free delivery at a later time. At times, the delivery man may call you to check on your availability.

Please note that our appointed delivery company will try their best to deliver within the scheduled date and time. However, there are times when the scheduled date and time cannot be met, possibly due to high volume, weather and other unforeseen circumstances. We seek your kind understanding in such cases.

You may choose a Saturday for your orders to be delivered. There are no deliveries on Sundays.
Please order by Wednesday for the coming Saturday delivery.

The delivery company will leave a note for you to arrange for a free re-delivery. The appointed delivery company will send an email/SMS to inform of the delivery process.
In the event that there is nobody to receive the order, you may return email/SMS for a change of delivery timing or date.
Driver will make another attempt of delivery if the first delivery is unsuccessful.

We are sorry, we do not deliver to Sentosa and Jurong Island.

We are sorry, no change of address is allowed.

Yes. We can arrange for overseas delivery but overseas delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
